A Kentucky born and raised gal on a mission to support parents to gain confidence and tools to help their child overcome low body image, negative self-esteem, and eating disorders. I struggled with anorexia and binge eating for 10 years, and now fully recovered. I know the tools it takes towards healing from the inside out. I use a variety of coaching techniques to help you learn how to help your child ditch the diet through intuitive eating, ways to obtain a better mindset, and healing towards body acceptance.

I started my first diet when I was 15. Like most girls, I wanted to fit in and look good. Little did I need know this would take me on downward spiral of anorexia, binge eating, and depression. There were nights of uncontrollable calorie counting, days of skipping meals, hiding food, and lots of over-exercising. There were even times where I felt “normal”. Little did I know, I was killing myself...mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
At 25 years old, I hit rock bottom. I knew I couldn't live my life in fear because what I secretly needed was freedom. I needed the freedom to not be afraid of food, freedom to feel good in my own skin, and freedom to love myself without looking back. Through intuitive eating and changing my mindset I was able to do just that!
